Hank Burr established BAMFIC Solutions, a veteran-owned enterprise, with the aim of serving the community. The company's mission is to assist veterans and first responders in finding their tribe through organizing events, offering networking opportunities, providing consulting services, and fostering connections with other organizations and nonprofits.
Hank, a retired Army Officer and a recent graduate from Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, leads the company.
Our offerings include counseling, job placement, and training programs designed to address the distinct needs of each veteran. We firmly believe that veterans are a vital part of our society, and we dedicate ourselves to supporting them in realizing their full potential.

Hank is a veteran who served in the US Army over 20 years. During his service, he acquired a vast knowledge of leadership and management skills that he uses to run BAMFIC Solutions, LLC. Hank is committed to helping veterans and first responders, and he is passionate about building community.
Jennifer Burr
VP Marketing
Jennifer is a highly skilled marketing VP, with experience in managing complex projects, end to end marketing solutions, and thinking around corners. She is a talented artist with an eye for success. She is responsible for support operations at BAMFIC Solutions, LLC, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time.
